Colors make our life colorful, colors remind us of certain situations in life, colors make the difference in a varied everyday life!
What do colors do to us and how can we learn from dealing with them and change ourselves and our surroundings. In the course of the "I_Improve" project, a unique process was started that puts participation and inclusion in the foreground.
In the second workshop with the artist Karl Kilian, we create small works of art for everyday life with the neighbors, artists and anyone interested. We talk about our favorite color and use it on site by redesigning the benches on the Danube Canal.
Benchmarking - Colors of Love tries to improve the quality of life on the communal level through artistic accents. The project directly affects people's living environment, integrates them and a variety of colors creates a lively design of the immediate surroundings.
The artist, curator and teacher Karl Killian will lead and help shape the process. In his opinion, “art for everyone” is given in this project, because the colorful park benches are there FOR EVERYONE!
