Between November 20-23 I_Improve project partners will meet again, this time in Vienna, Austria - for a 3rd Transnational Meeting to discuss learning processes, progress on the creation of the intervention and participation in the project, next year's schedules. They will also prepare further Social Innovation Labs - so called E activities and discuss the results and structure of project's Intellectual Outputs.
It's also an opportunity for all partners to learn about cultural policies and trends in Austria, about social housing system and water supply system in Vienna. Hosting organisation is Wiener SPÖ, partner in the project and member of River//Cities Platform.
Members of River//Cities are always on the lookout of everything water related, hence an unusual fact about Vienna - the City of Danube River has 800 bridges, which surprisingly is twice as many as in Venice! The city is also dotted with nearly1000 drinking fountains and 55 monumental and memorial fountains which are all situated on central squares. Hopefully project partners will have a chance to explore at least some of them.
