Pocklington Canal Bicentenary Exhibition till 1 August 2018, UK

2018 marks the 200th anniversary of the Pocklington Canal’s opening. The exhibition has been organized on this occasion as the result of new research and archive photos and recordings.
This exhibition is focused on the people of the Pocklington Canal. It’s the tale of the varied cultural, wildlife and heritage history through the lives of the people involved with the Pocklington Canal over the years.
This is a touring exhibition funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund as part of the Gem in the Landscape Project on the Pocklington Canal.
