When cultural organisation gets hit by COVID-19.

When our lives and cultural institutions we work for  have been turned upside down and affected by an invisible force, COVID-19.

So what happens when a cultural organisation is requested to close its doors to the public? Do we lose contact with our audiences, communities, do we stop serving them, supporting them (when the support is most needed) or do we start thinking outside the box and work out an alternative plan?

Let's find out how our partner organisation Ostend's Kris Lambert Library reacted when told to close its doors to public, and about their call to action. Very inspiring story, and definitely an action plan which could be duplicated by other libraries, so make sure to read it on I_Improve blog:

Closing Doors and Then...
